Top-performing W-REP graduates are selected for a fully-structured 3-month virtual internship with our partner companies. Qualification is based on engagement, performance, and consistency throughout the 8 weeks.

Internships are open to candidates who have gained skills in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, UI/UX Design, Frontend Development, Backend Development (Python, NodeJS, and PHP), and Data Science.

While individual results will vary based on effort and market conditions, our program is designed to position active participants for job opportunities within 30 to 90 days of graduation. Many participants receive interview invitations within weeks of completing the program. The more you put in, the faster the results.
